Artist Administration & Campaign Support
ONGOING ARTIST ADMINISTRATION & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
Pressahh 360 will provide ongoing hands-on administrative, promotional, and campaign support designed to help manage the artist’s music, registrations, artist platforms, releases, promotional campaigns, and industry opportunities.
This service provides continued support for the artist’s active catalog and future releases while the subscription remains active and payments are current.
ARTIST ADMINISTRATION & REGISTRATION
Pressahh 360 will provide administrative support including release metadata review and maintenance, songwriter and producer credits, songwriting splits, ISRCs, UPCs, master ownership information, distributor information, and applicable release documentation.
Pressahh 360 will assist with applicable registrations, claims, updates, corrections, and follow-ups involving performing rights organizations (PROs), The MLC, SoundExchange, distributor services, publishing-related administration, and other applicable music-industry registration systems.
Pressahh 360 will also assist with claiming, maintaining, and updating eligible artist profiles and music platforms including Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, Amazon Music for Artists, TIDAL Artist Home, YouTube Official Artist Channel, and other applicable platforms.
RELEASE & CATALOG SUPPORT
Support is not limited to one song. Pressahh 360 will provide ongoing administrative support for the artist’s active catalog and future releases.
As new music is released, Pressahh 360 will review release information, identify administrative requirements, track registrations and claims, identify missing or conflicting information, and assist with applicable administrative needs.
PROMOTION & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
Pressahh 360 will provide ongoing promotional and campaign support for active releases. This will include applicable radio and DJ submissions, music-video submissions, magazine and editorial opportunities, podcast and interview submissions, playlist and music-platform opportunities, social media promotion, EPK distribution, promotional research, follow-up, and other appropriate exposure opportunities.
Opportunities will be selected based on the artist, release, genre, eligibility requirements, available assets, campaign strategy, and current opportunities.
SUBMISSION TRACKING & REGULAR REPORTING
Pressahh 360 will maintain records of applicable submissions made on the artist’s behalf and will provide regular campaign reports.
Reporting will include applicable submission destinations, submission dates, responses and status updates received, confirmed placements or opportunities, pending items, follow-up activity, and recommended next steps.
ARTIST DEVELOPMENT & ONGOING SUPPORT
Pressahh 360 will provide ongoing artist development and support including EPK development and updates, artist bio and link maintenance, release planning, promotional strategy, branding and presentation guidance, music-industry opportunity research, sync licensing preparation and research, merchandise discussions, website or artist-page support, and other administrative or developmental services applicable to the artist’s current needs.
ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION
This is an ongoing subscription service. The subscription will automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected at checkout until canceled.
Services will remain active while scheduled payments are current. Services will be paused if a scheduled payment is missed or unsuccessful and will resume once the account is brought current.
The specific work completed during each billing period will be based on the artist’s active releases, catalog, pending registrations, current campaigns, submission activity, available opportunities, and administrative needs.

Pressahh 360 will provide the administration, research, submissions, promotional work, campaign support, tracking, reporting, and follow-up described above. Third-party organizations and platforms retain control over their own approval and selection processes.
Payment covers services performed by Pressahh 360 and does not guarantee airplay, bookings, placements, sync licensing, interviews, playlist additions, media coverage, platform approval, or other third-party results.
Third-party submission fees, registration fees, advertising expenses, travel expenses, event fees, or other outside costs are not included in the subscription unless specifically stated in writing.
