What’s Included:
Review of artist information, song title, ISRC, UPC, and release details
Review of writer, producer, publisher, and ownership information you provide
Identification of missing information needed to complete registrations
Preparation and submission of your song registration through your applicable PRO, such as ASCAP or BMI
Preparation and submission of your musical work registration through The MLC, where applicable
Preparation and submission of sound recording registrations and claims through SoundExchange, where applicable
A written report documenting submissions, pending items, and next steps
Submission-status follow-up for 30 days after initial submissions

Accurate writer and producer credits
Confirmed ownership percentages and agreed splits
Available ISRC, UPC, IPI, and publisher information
Required account access and written authorization

This service covers one song and one primary recording. Additional recording versions, initial account setup, catalog corrections, and ownership disputes require a separate quote. Third-party fees are not included. Each organization controls its processing and approval timelines. Submission does not guarantee approval or royalty payments.
