Keep your roster organized with ongoing artist administration handled by Pressahh 360. Built for independent managers and small labels, this monthly service covers up to three artists, up to two songs total across the roster. Work is completed within these monthly limits.
What’s Included:
Artist master-file updates and organization of release information
Review of song metadata, credits, and confirmed ownership splits
Preparation and submission of applicable PRO, MLC, and SoundExchange registrations using your authorization
Registration status checks and follow-ups
Release checklists and tracking of pending administrative tasks
Updates to submission logs for outreach completed by your team or separately purchased services
One monthly progress report showing completed work, pending items, and next steps
What You Provide:
Manager or label contact information and a roster of up to three artists
Accurate song details, credits, and agreed ownership splits
Relevant account access and written authorization from the appropriate rights holders
Release deadlines and priorities for each billing month
Monthly Scope & Payment:
$300 per month, paid before work begins
Up to three artists and two songs total per billing month
Unused song allowances do not roll over
Additional work is $50 per hour and requires your agreement before it begins
Initial account setup and existing catalog backlogs are quoted separately
Please Note:
Third-party fees, websites, merchandise, graphics, active promotional outreach, and artist representation are separate services. This package provides administration and reporting; it does not include ongoing promotion or collection of royalties on your behalf. Each organization controls its processing and approval timelines. Registrations do not guarantee approval, royalty payments, or placements. Monthly billing renews until canceled; cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal.
